Saikesh Paruchuri is a visionary entrepreneur and social activist dedicated to transforming India's waste management landscape. With a passion for sustainability and community empowerment, he founded Anyadha Group with the ambitious goal of creating a trash-free India.

His journey began with a simple observation: while India generates millions of tons of waste annually, there was a lack of effective, decentralized solutions that could both manage waste and create economic opportunities for marginalized communities.

Today, under his visionary leadership, Anyadha Group has grown into a multi-company conglomerate with operations across numerous states, directly impacting thousands of lives while managing hundreds of tons of waste.
